Quote Submission

All quotations for the services listed below must be submitted through the link below.

Service Requirements

The quote must be for symmetrical fiber service without Internet access (Dark Fiber or Leased) at the speeds and term lengths listed below.

Contractual Requirement

If selected, the final contract must include the following mandatory clauses:

• Service Start Date: The service commencement date must be July 1, 2026.
• Early Termination Clause: Include specific terms and conditions for early termination of the contract in the event of a building closure or similar site decommissioning.
• Service Level Agreement (SLA):
  • Provide a complete and detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Clearly outline the credits or penalties that will be provided to the customer if the stated SLA terms are breached (e.g., failure to meet guaranteed uptime or repair times).
